Terms and Conditions
Our company only sells new merchandise. If you change your mind about a purchase, you have seven days upon receiving the item to email us for a return authorization (RA). The product must be new or unused with original packaging. Returns and/or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of original purchase. All claims for incomplete, defective, and/or missing accessories or products must be made within seven days upon receiving the merchandise. Exchanges for color or size will be handled as new orders. If the original order included free shipping, we will deduct the actual cost of shipping from the refund amount if you return the product.
Due to our compliance with health and safety laws, most of the products we sell are nonreturnable. We truly regret the strictness of this policy, but require it to ensure the hygienic integrity of our products. If you have any questions, you are highly encouraged to call or email us before making a purchase. The majority of the products we offer are common items that most customers should be familiar with. The following is a partial list of our most popular items that are nonreturnable:
1. No health or herbal products as well as gels or lotions may be returned or exchanged once delivered.
2. Used or worn orthopedic soft goods, supports, braces, and foot products are nonreturnable.
3. Any items showing use or wear are nonreturnable.
We will only accept returns for items that are 100% complete in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any such products will be destroyed. Please do not return used, damaged, or incomplete merchandise.
